A minimum reveal per door is required to keep the door from binding and
varies depending on door thickness - see Minimum reveal chart for each hinge. Minimum
reveal based on outside door edge with radius of 1mm (1/32"). |

There is no exact formula as door size and weight are the determining factors.
Chart can serve as a guide for 19mm (3/4") thick doors. For unusual applications, (ex.
door with mirror applied) a trial is recommended. |
