1) How do I order samples?
Samples are ordered just like any other item on our site, simply add any item you want to sample to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. For more information, see our policies page.

2) Will I get charged a restocking fee when I return the samples?
You may or may not get charged a restocking fee for returning samples. Please see our policy on samples.

3) I am looking for an odd size (2-1/2", 2-3/4", etc.) cabinet pull, do yo have anything like that?
You can use the Selective Search to search by size. If the size you need is not listed in the Size menu, we do not have it. However, we can suggest an alternative. If you use a backplate with a larger C-C pull (for example, if you need a 2-1/2" C-C pull, use a 3" C-C pull and backplate which is more common) and drill new holes, the backplate will cover the old holes.

4) When it says 3" C-C for the size, what does C-C mean?
C-C stands for center-to-center and refers to the distance between the screw holes, measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other. You might see it as O.C. or C.C. as well.
